Is Health & Treatment really free?
Yes. It's included with every SwineOps account and always on — you don't license it. The production, labor, movement, and financial modules are what you add on top.
How is the safe-ship date worked out?
From the treatment itself. Each medication carries a withdrawal period, so the safe-ship date is the treatment's end date plus that withdrawal — computed for you, and re-derived when a multi-dose course extends. You're never asked to calculate or enter it.
Will it warn us before a treated pig is eligible to ship?
Yes. Each batch carries the latest safe-ship date across its active treatments; a warning is raised as that date approaches and a notice when it clears, routed to the assigned vet and farm staff.
Can our vet see across farms without an admin login?
Yes. A vet is invited to the farms or farm groups they cover and gets a dashboard scoped to exactly those — mortality against threshold, treatments, and alerts — without access to the rest of the organization.
Does logging a treatment keep medication inventory honest?
Yes. Treatments draw down the medication on hand, and a back-dated treatment is capped at what was actually in inventory as of that date, so the counts don't go negative in hindsight.
